iPhone is…the most popular new phone in the US
Gizmodo
quotes a report by NPD Group that says the iPhone outsold all other handsets in the US during Q3. That’s the first time in four years that any phone has sold more than the Motorola Razr V3. Ross Rubin, one of the NPD guys behind the report, says “The displacement of the RAZR by the iPhone 3G represents a watershed shift in handset design from fashion to fashionable functionality.”
