Aisha in Tenguel – day one

Aisha is one of our Proniño volunteers and has headed to Latin America to help make a difference to children's lives. Here's the first of her blog posts.

Hola,

After spending three days in Quito sight seeing and spending time with the Telefonica employees from Ecuador, Venuzuela, Spain, Peru and Chile we have now all gone our seperate ways to our regions. I must say I miss being treat like royalty by Ecuador Telefonica, they have really looked after us and have taken us places I would never have known existed.

I am now in Tenguel with two Telefonica volunteers from Spain. We have spent the day visiting the two schools we will be working in over the next three weeks. The children are brilliant and have already taken a shine to us. I can't wait to get to work.
