You can help us celebrate the army of unsung over-65s who have a knack for technology by nominating your Granddad, Granny, friend or even yourself and explain why they deserve to be named a ‘Guru for Life’ by O2. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, confident and talkative pensioner to make paid guest appearances in-store and online this Autumn, working alongside our regular O2 Gurus.
If you know someone who fits the bill, please fill out this application form setting out yours or your ‘Granny Guru’s’ contact details and up to 200 words on why you/he/she should be hired as a ‘Guru for Life’ by O2. If we like your application, you’ll be in with a chance of winning tickets to a gig at an O2 Academy or a brand new Pay & Go smartphone!
A shortlist of the best nominations will be invited to a fun selection event in Central London and the winning Guru will embark on a tour of O2 stores, joining in-store O2 Gurus in offering technology advice and guidance to customers on the High Street.
