Beats by Dre headphones have been described as ‘unique and stylish’, ‘truly impressive’ and ‘among the best in their class’. Now they can be described as something else – ‘coming to O2 soon’.

We’re always looking to bring the best accessories to O2 customers and Beats by Dre headphones are definitely the cream of the crop. The product of Dr Dre’s years of studio experience and Monster Cable’s engineering genius, Beats by Dre can make your music sound better than ever before and, in time for Christmas, we’ll be bringing them to our stores – the only network operator to do so.

Noise-cancellation included
Every set of Beats by Dre headphones provide incredible sound quality when belting out your tracks . But some models, such as the Studio over-ear cans, do one better and add noise cancellation into the mix, drowning out all background sound, protecting your hearing and leaving you to concentrate on the sonics at hand.

iPhone friendly
Beats arenʼt just for the studio mind – theyʼve been designed for on the go usage, as headphones should be. The ControlTalk in-line remote built into every pair, including the in-ear headphones, works great with a wide range of phones and hooks up perfectly with an iPhone or iPod, letting you skip tracks, pause and adjust the volume.

Itʼs not just Dr Dre getting in on the act
Dr Dre and Interscope records boss Jimmy Iovine might be the founding names behind the brand, but theyʼve worked with several other world famous artists and even athletes on new models. The Artists Series features in-ear headphones endorsed by musicians P Diddy and Lady Gaga, NBA basketball star LeBron James, and yes, even the Biebster himself, Justin.

HTC has a stake
Just last week, mobile manufacturing giant HTC revealed it had invested a huge sum – $300m (£184m) – in the company, with plans to integrate Beatsʼ incredible audio into its phones, with the first models sporting the tech out in the Autumn. A HTC HD7 follow up with Beats built in? It could happen.

Theyʼre inside your laptop, and even your car
Beats arenʼt just in headphones and mobiles now: a whole range of laptops, desktops and all-in-one computers from HP now offer its sonics baked in. Thatʼs not all either: car maker Chrysler plans to start building Beats into its new vehicles.
