We’ve had lots of questions from JLS fans about Priority tickets so we’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions…

Q: How do I sign up for Priority?
A: Head to www.o2priority.co.uk and register with your O2 number. Pay and Go and Contract numbers both work. You’ll be sent a text with a registration number and you enter this back into the website. Then all you need to do is set up a password – you can use this and your mobile number to log in.

Q: I forgot my password!
A: Visit the O2 Priority site, click on sign in and then click on forgotten your password.

Q: Are there Meet and Greet tickets available?
A: We announced meet and greet tickets for The O2 before the presale this morning on @O2Priority and they were available from 9am on the Priority website. This was added due to great demand from fans and we wanted to give them an extra opportunity to meet JLS. These meet and greet tickets available on Priority are now sold out.

Q: Will you do Meet and Greet tickets for general sale?
A: We won’t have more available on general sale, but these may be available elsewhere.

Q: I’ve tried to get front row seats but haven’t – how can I get them?
A: Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you book tickets, the more likely you are to get seats closer to the stage.

Q: Why aren’t I told my seat allocation during the booking process?
A:It’s a first come, first served basis – you’ll get the best available seats at that time.

Q: Are you sold out?
A: We still have tickets for all venues

Q: The website keeps crashing – what should I do?
A: There’s huge demand for tickets but there are still tickets available so keep trying. Also try using different browsers to see if this helps.
