Bringing digital to life for Bluewater customers

We’ve announced an innovative three-year deal to deliver a range of unique digital and physical experiences to Bluewater’s guests, further enhancing one of Europe’s leading retail, leisure and events destination and ce­menting our position as a customer experience focused company.

The deal is the first of its kind in the UK and provides guests with:

  • Complimentary O2 Wifi access throughout Bluewater open to all customers regardless of network provider, with a one-off hassle-free registration process for new sign ups.
  • A co-branded O2/Bluewater mobile web interface where guests can view the latest offers from Bluewater’s retailers and restaurants, plan their visit using the interactive store guide and access a wide range of unique O2 digital services and experiences.
  • Implementation of bespoke Priority Moments for O2 customers, in partnership with Bluewater’s retailers and restaurants.
  • O2 Angels will make regular appearances at Bluewater as part of our commitment to creating surprising and memorable experiences exclusively for our customers.  O2 Angels will select Bluewater guests to receive ‘random acts of kindness’, such as complimentary coffee or Bluewater gift cards.

In addition to the customer-focused benefits, we’ll work with Bluewater to target ‘opted in’ customers with specific marketing offers and forthcoming events.
