  3. The Service is available to you have a current O2 Pay & Go or O2 Pay Monthly contract.  You may only use the Service in relation to your own account and may not request details for another account holder.
  4. This Service is for UK residents only.
  5. The Service is not a complaints or query service.
  6. If we can’t send you information by direct messaging on Twitter, we will text it to your registered mobile number.
  7. Any use of this Service that is suspected to be dishonest or fraudulent may result in action from us including the termination of your contract with O2; you are still bound by your O2 airtime terms and conditions in addition to these terms.
