This week on O2 Tracks - 21 July

O2 Tracks brings the best of 2014 to the palm of your hand this week, along with our dedicated R&B, Dance and Rock playlists, guaranteed to get the party started.

Our Centre Stage playlist is bouncing with 2014 bangers including smash hit number ones, Sam Smith’s Money On My Mind and Duke Dumont’s I Got U. Coldplay dazzle with Magic whilst Gorgon City pucker up with Ready For Your Love. Route 94’s My Love and David Guetta’s Shot Me Down give the playlist the perfect send off.

Rewind to 2009 with Jay–Z’s Empire State of Mind and Mr Hudson’s Supernova on Your Playlist. If that’s not enough, X Factor winner Alexandra Burke’s Bad Boys, Temper Trap’s Sweet Disposition and Jordin Sparks’ Battlefield round off our trip down memory lane in style.

Beyonce’s Halo, Brandy’s What About Us and Ashanti’s Only U, strut their way on to our R&B playlist. Kelly Rowland teams up with Eve on Like This and Christina Aguilera, Mya, Pink and Lil Kim bring a bit of girl power on the classic Lady Marmalade.

For rock fans, we’re joined by Snow Patrol’s Chasing Cars, The Killers’ When We Were Young and Zuton’s Valerie. Scottish singer-songwriter Paolo Nutini chimes in with Last Request and Orson’s hit debut single No Tomorrow also makes the list. Can you guess the year?

Want to get beach fit for your holidays? Work up a sweat to Cascada’s Evacuate the Dancefloor and Calvin Harris’ I Need Your Love in our Summer Workout Dance playlist. If that doesn’t make you want to get your feet moving, tune into Faithless’ We Come One and Dutch DJ Armin Van Buuren’s This is What It Feels Like.
