O2 Touch Fit Workout 1: Mobility

Are you ready to get O2 Touch Fit? We’ve joined forces with England Rugby to create a series of workout videos covering all fitness aspects to help you shift that Christmas weight you’ve been complaining about since 2008.

The first session is all about mobility. It contains 20 minutes of bodyweight drills including animal flow and yoga postures to help you move and function like a rugby player. Check out the video below:


This workout will develop your overall mobility, core strength and help you build a strong foundation for any sport.
