O2 Touch Fit Workout 2: Speed and Strength

We’re into week two of our O2 Touch Fit partnership with England Rugby and this week we’re focusing on speed and strength. Keeping up with this programme should turn you from beach ball to beach buff in time for your summer holiday so keep up the hard work.

Workout 2 is made up of plyometric bodyweight exercise, static holds and agility drills specifically designed to build your speed and overall body strength. Check out the video below:
