This week on O2 Tracks - 4 August
Kick back and relax to O2 Tracks this week as we bring you a whole host of chart toppers as well as our Centre Stage Summer Chill Out playlist.
Drake’s Hold On We’re Going Home lights up our Centre Stage along with everyone’s favourite ginger, Ed Sheeran, and his smash hit One. Bob Marley gets in line with the classic reggae anthem Buffalo Soldier, and Rihanna gives the playlist a sparkly finish with Diamonds.
Your Playlist takes us back to the top of the charts in 2011 with the LMFAO’s summer anthem Party Rock and Cher Lloyd’s Swagger Jagger. Jessie J’s seeing the dollar signs spin in Price Tag and Example’s in need of a couple of Pro plus in Stay Awake.
Rewind to the summer of 2004 in our pack of R&B tunes with Kanye West’s All Falls Down, Lloyd Banks’ breakthrough single On Fire and Usher’s club banger Yeah. Twista’s loving the summer rays in Sunshine and Black Eyed Peas are in no mood for conversation with Shut Up. Snoop and Jay-Z round off our playlist in style with Drop It Like It’s Hot and 99 Problems.
Coldplay’s Viva La Vida, Blur’s Country House and U2’s Vertigo feature on our Rock playlist crammed with number ones. The Clash are feeling indecisive in Should I Stay Or Should I Go and The Streets sound like they’ve been at the onions again with Dry Your Eyes.
Dance fans have got a heap of awesome tunes lined up including Sigma’s spectacular Nobody To Love, Duke Dumont’s incredible I Got U and David Guetta’s Titanium. Calvin Harris’ Under Control and Martin Garrix’s Animals finish off the playlist in style.
