O2 Touch Fit Workout 3: Conditioning

We’re on to week 3 of the O2 Touch Fit challenge and this week Richard Tidmarsh is taking you through his conditioning programme so that you’ll be in top shape on the field and on the beach.

This workout aims to improve your speed, endurance and core strength with a variety of exercises including some lethal burpees so that you can play harder for longer. Check out the video below:
