Our fourth quarter financial results showed more customers joined and stayed with us than any other mobile operator. Something we’re very proud of. Here are five ways we’re helping customers live better lives:

Free, helpful advice from O2 Gurus, the tech experts. From sorting SIM swaps to syncing your new smartwatch, these guys can do it all. And with our wide range of smart tech available in stores and online, you’ll be set up with your new phone, tablet or wearable in record time.

The most trusted network: We’ll always believe you’re better, connected, even if it’s not written on our posters anymore. That’s why we have a £3bn plus five-year network investment program, rolling out 4G, and upgrading our 2G and 3G networks. Our 4G network now covers 59% of the UK population outdoors, reaching 370 towns and cities.

More flexibility through O2 Refresh. Two years is a long time to wait to get the latest phone or tablet. That’s why we’re the only network that allows you to change devices whenever you want without penalties, while at the same time automatically lowering your bills at the end of your contract. Why pay for a phone you already own?

Exclusive offers and experiences on Priority. Everyone loves a freebie, and we’re no different. Over one million Priority offers were redeemed in the fourth quarter including free Xmas cards from WH Smith, free hot drinks at Caffé Nero and free reindeer chocolates from Hotel Chocolat. In fact, O2 customers benefited from over £15m on savings overall thanks to Priority in 2014.
