New look Enterprise Business website launched to meet changing online habits

Flushed with the success of our new award-winning consumer website we’ve re-launched our website for Enterprise customers.

Enterprise customers just like the rest of the UK population, have changed their habits and they now do a lot of their research online and want 24/7 access to information across any device.  The mobile web aspect is vital and our latest research shows that 60% of adults use a mobile phone or tablet to access the internet on the go.  To improve the online experience for our Enterprise customers we carried out some research to find out what they’re now looking for from our website.

Based on our customers’ feedback we’ve made a number of changes to the Enterprise pages:

  • Simplified how the information is structured and presented it in a way that meets customer needs.
  • Given the pages a fresh, modern look.
  • Made the site mobile, using our responsive design technology, so people now get a great experience on mobiles and tablets as well as on desktops.
