Festival season may be coming to a close, but we’ve got you sorted for music this August – plus there’s no mud, no rain and no mile long queues for the bar. We’ve picked out some of our favourite gigs to keep you dancing through the summer.


The Fratellis

Scottish rock band The Fratellis are heading to the midlands to celebrate the launch of their new album ‘Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied’ at O2 Academy Birmingham (20). As the launch show is the day before their official album release, this is one concert you definitely don’t want to miss!

Limp Bizkit

With their unforgettable single ‘Rollin’ building over 39 million views, to recently working with Lil’ Wayne on the single ‘Ready to go’, Limp Bizkit are a nu metal band which never stop giving! If you want to rock and ‘roll’ with the boys catch them and the moshpit at O2 Academy Brixton (27)!


Bailey McConnell

Girls, if you’re ready for your heart to be swooned by a 16 year-old with an incredible voice then come on down to O2 ABC Glasglow (16), O2 Academy Newcastle (18), O2 Academy Birmingham (21), O2 Academy Islington (22) and O2 Academy Liverpool(23).
Having starred in 2014’s Britain’s Got Talent, performing his own original songs, Bailey’s fan base has grown enormously, having 123K followers and frequently trending worldwide on Twitter.
