#BlueMonday O2 Academy ticket competition

The third Monday in January. Blue Monday. Long-christened the saddest day of the year.

But hey, it doesn’t have to be all that bad. Why let a travel company’s old marketing campaign get you down this year?

We can’t offer you cut-down prices on your summer holidays. But we do love music. And maybe music’s going to be a more cost effective way for you to beat the worst of all the Monday Blues.

There are nineteen O2 Academy venues from Southampton to Glasgow and every hour from 1pm on 18 January, we’re going to give away pairs of tickets to them. So wherever you are in the UK, you’ll have a chance to laugh in the face of Blue Monday.

To get involved, look out for a tweet announcing the competition coming from @O2music at midday. We’ll give you a clue. And some rules.

Every week, if you’re on O2, you can buy Priority Tickets. Tickets to thousands of gigs around the country in venues big and small – 48 hours before everyone else can get them. And we didn’t even need a ‘scientific’ study to know that’s awesome. Sign up to Priority.
