O2 Enterprise Marketing wins CIM "Team of the Year"

On Thursday 14th April, O2’s Enterprise Marketing team was named Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Marketing Team of the Year. They were picked from a wide range of strong entries, including Direct Line and Standard Life Investments.

By focusing on the changing ways that Enterprise customers like to receive information and by developing how the team works together internally, O2’s approach to Enterprise Marketing has made significant progress in the last 18 months. The team has undertaken a journey of digital transformation by bringing multiple specialisms in-house, successfully introducing marketing automation, refreshing their website and making extensive use of social media to connect with customers. And with members based up and down the UK, the Enterprise Marketing team makes the most of O2’s own digital products and services to work flexibly and effectively.

Continuing to innovate

This award is testament to a whole lot of hard work, collaboration and determination. And the success story is far from over – the team is still challenging industry perceptions with disruptive campaigns, and continuing to build their in-house expertise.
