From today, you’ll also be able to bid in real time for goods online from more than 13,000 categories just as you would from your PC and fixed internet connection. What’s more you can be safe in the knowledge that when you’re buying something on eBay through your i-mode mobile it will be just as secure as it is through a PC, because i-mode is based on trusted, open GSM and Internet standards.   eBay is the latest in an ever-growing list of well known brands to join the i-mode service, which was launched in the UK in October 2005 and is available exclusively on O2. i-mode.
