O2 expands Centres of Excellence to distributors
O2 UK today announces the launch of the O2 Business Distributor Centre of Excellence, a new programme designed to support its Partners in a changing market place.
This move to create a new Centre of Excellence further enhances O2’s commitment to its Channel Partners. The new programme members, Avenir, Fone Logistics, Hugh Symond, Moco and Redstone have consistently delivered high-value connections along with high levels of retention.
The successful O2 Advance Business Distributor Programme will be replaced as a result of this change and will see Partners benefit from enhanced marketing support, comprehensive training and longer term contracts.
Some of the key benefits of the programme are:
- Business Support – Desk based Partner management support in addition to face to face Channel Business Manager and access to mobilisation specialists
- Marketing Support – Enhanced Channel Marketing support
- Training Support – Comprehensive training programmes
- Longer term contracts

O2 has also launched the Application, Enterprise, M2M and Data Centres of Excellence which have all been specifically tailored to the area of business they cover, and aim to bring together experts in these areas to offer customers an integrated end-to-end offering.
