Telefonica offers customers free telepresence services between Spain, UK, Germany and Italy

The telepresence rooms, each with a maximum capacity of six people, are located in UK (Slough), Germany (Munich), Spain (Madrid, three at Distrito C and one in Barcelona) and Italy (Rome and Milan).

Any corporate customers (MNCs, Financial and Public Institutions) who want to benefit from this initiative needs to contact their customer care centre and they will be advised of availability and how to make reservations.  The offer runs from Monday to Friday, from 09h00 to 20h00, but can be extended to weekends and late evenings if demand is high.

This initiative underpins Telefonica’s commitment to remain close to its customers and deliver the necessary tools to continue their business activities and minimise the financial consequences.
