Uswitch crowns O2 as UK's Best Network for coverage for third year running

LONDON, 6th February: O2 has won ‘Best Network Coverage’ at the Uswitch Broadband and Mobile awards for the third year in a row.

The announcement was made last night as O2 won the prestigious award, taking a hat-trick of wins following successes in 2018 and 2019. The award is especially significant given it’s decided, in part, by a survey of over 10,000 people – meaning real customers have their say in who wins, making it truly independent.

The Uswitch award comes hot on the heels of two other important wins for O2, justifying the £2m a day investment O2 makes to improving its network. Independent researchers GWS found O2 to be the ‘Most Reliable Network’ across the UK, again reinforcing O2’s commitment to providing a great connected experience for its customers. GWS use extensive customer surveys, YouGov polls and analysis to understand what’s important to customers before they do their testing, making these results all the more rewarding for O2 as a business.

Finally, latest figures from the Institute of Customer Service revealed O2 delivers the best customer service compared to the other major network operators. O2 takes great pride on the service it provides for customers, further demonstrated by the fact it’s the mobile network with the highest customer loyalty.
